Active Ingredients per capsule: 17.8g specially processed Sleep Milk containing a Unique Protein ProfileTM 130mg Magnesium Sulphate 95mg Magnesium Carbonate 85mg Magnesium Oxide 217mg Calcium 10mcg Vitamin D3

Dosage: Mix contents of one 18.5g sachet with 150mL of water and consume 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Can be warmed gently in a microwave oven. Do not exceed more than two sachets per day.
